Erin was friendly and knowledgeable, and she didn't hesitate to answer my questions over the phone. Because the phone experience was so pleasant, I blew off my errands and drove straight to VW of Naples. I ended up test-driving a VW CC and loved it. Two days later I went back to the dealership to look at the car again, and... I drove home in my brand new CC. "I would imagine that it is not often that a service department gets recognized for their exceptional service. We came into the dealership interested in a Volkswagen because of your service department. My husband purchased an EOS a year ago and we LOVE it. We purchased it used and not from your dealership. We have had to bring the EOS to your service department twice (for relatively minor issues) and both times were so taken by the level of customer service they offered before, during, and after the service. "Dear Mr. White,

When I arrived at your dealership, I was greeted and treated just like I had arrived at my Mom and Dad's house. No one could have taken better care of me. When traveling from SC to Naples for business, I experienced a water house leak approx 30 miles from Naples. I ammediately had my cell phone call the nearest VW dealership which was Fort Myers. The rep there said that they were closing in 5 mins and basicly in so many words I could call a tow truck. My cell phone then found your dealership. Mr. Chris Hipkins and Mr. David Wright told me that there was no problem, they would be there when I arrived and they would take care of me. They certainly did!!! They and your technician immediately disgnoised the problem and what to expect in repairs. Two of your salesman came out to talk to me, offered me coffee, showed me your new SUV and made pleasant conversation. Scott, your courtsey driver loaded all my bags and took me to my confer ence hotel and returned to pick me up. He arrived 3 mins early, exactly where and when he said he would be! When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, your Quality Manager met and greeted me. He had inspected my car and it was spotless. I had the best treatment I have ever had at your dealership. My wife and I plan to retire to Florida in a few years and your dealership will be where we purchase our next car.
