I had such a great experience at VW of Naples thanks to Andrew Nash and Sebastian Mazzotta in the service department! They helped me with servicing my car, including replacing my brake pads and doing a realignment. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Both were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days and Andrew and Sebastian really went above and beyond.

What an a amazing experience, I’ve always been a big ford guy so changing brands was different but I’m so happy I came to this place drive all the way from Orlando but it was worth it, m not only did Nick and all the finance team work with me I was able to get my wife the beautiful Atlas Cross Sport R line she wanted.
